Our complaints policy aims to ensure that any issues or concerns raised by our customers are managed fairly, effectively, and promptly. We value your feedback, and we are committed to resolving any problems in a satisfactory manner.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of Safe Place Solutions service or products sold to you, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by phone, email, or post, (shown below). Please ref your letter Safe Place Solutions we will acknowledge your complaint within two working days. We will then investigate the matter and provide you with a response within ten working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, please contact us as soon as possible. We hope that you will never have to complain, but if you do, we will do our best to address your concerns and improve our standards.
